9. How long will the poins earned to be shownd in「My Order」 ？
Under normal situtation, points will be automatically updated after 7 days of products are ready to be delivered.

10.  Can I claim back the corresponding points if I forget login before purchase?
Any point claim request transaction is not possible, members must check out in the logged-in state in order to receive member points

General Terms and Conditions 

• New born milk powder and delivery fee cannot earn points
• Member can points when purchasing via online and in physical store, amount of point earned is calculated base on after deducting all discounts
• Member points has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash in any way; point cannot be sold, purchased, assigned or transferred
• Member rewards is an exclusive system for members, members must check out in the logged-in state in order to receive store credit
• Use the point before the expiry date, the expired store credit will not be issued again
• Members should properly manage their personal account and password. Aiababy will not refund or transfer any point used by correct account and password to any third party or members cannot require Aiababy to convert points into cash or other gifts

• Points will expire in 1 year after the point is issued, the expired points CANNOT be used and WON'T be issued again
• Maximum of 1 reward can be used for each order，and reward cannot be used together with other discount / promotion
• In the event of part or entire order cancellation, return / refund, points equivalent to the cancelled order will be removed and the points used to redeem such reward is already deducted, and cannot be returned back
• No any point can be claimed back after transaction is complete
• Aiababy is not responsible for compensation when the point information is lost and the default is beyond Aiababy's control
• Aiababy reserves the right to change, modify or terminate this activity and the agreed terms at any time. If members have any disputes over the point reward, Aiababy reserves the right of final decision
