Return & Exchange Policy
Please note that all products ordered from the Aiababy online store are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges, except in the case of incorrect items or incorrect quantities being delivered. Upon receiving your order, please carefully open each box and count the packages/items. (For convenience during shipping, items may be repackaged and sealed with original packaging tape.)
If you discover that you have received incorrect items, please send the relevant order number and photos of the items within 7 days of receiving the products to:

Products must be returned with the original packaging (including all original tags, labels, and packaging).
- Each order can only be processed for one return request.
- If the product has been opened, an exchange cannot be arranged.
- In case of any dispute, Aiababy reserves the right to make the final decision.
Please note, all products are non-refundable. If you wish to exchange a product, please bring the original receipt and the product that meets the return and exchange conditions to an Aiababy store within 7 days of purchase.

*For hygiene reasons, the following designated items are not eligible for exchange: including diapers, milk powder, bath and care products, undergarments, feeding items, and food products, etc. Please ask store staff for more details.
